Supporting sustainable performance through recovery, regulation and whole-body care.
About Me..
I’m Alanna, a Clinical Naturopath and Remedial Massage Therapist and the founder of Peak Performance Health Studio. I have completed a Bachelor of Medical and Health Science, a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Diploma of Remedial Massage and I have extensive experience working with athletes and those living active lifestyles or working in physically demanding jobs, including past work with the St George Illawarra Dragons and most recently supporting the Mt Kembla Lowries for the 2026 season.
I created Peak Performance Health Studio as a multidisciplinary health and recovery space to support people whose bodies are under ongoing load. My approach focuses on understanding how the body is functioning as a whole, rather than addressing symptoms in isolation. Many of the clients I work with present with pain, tension, fatigue, inflammation and/or nervous system dysregulation that develops over time as the body adapts and compensates.
Care at Peak Performance Health Studio integrates remedial massage, naturopathic support and recovery-based therapies, allowing me to address both the physical load on the body and the underlying systems that influence recovery, resilience and long-term function.
Peak Performance Health Studio is a calm, considered environment where the body can slow down, regulate and be supported toward improved function, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Services
My approach to remedial massage is centered on understanding how your body is adapting to load, stress, and daily demands.
Rather than focusing only on the area that hurts, I look at how different parts of the body are working together and where certain areas may be compensating over time. Pain and tightness are often signs that something has been carrying more than its share, not that the body has failed.
Treatment is tailored to what your body needs on the day. Sessions may include focused remedial work alongside techniques that support the nervous system, with pressure and pacing adjusted throughout.
I work with people experiencing persistent pain, chronic tension, reduced mobility, or ongoing physical and mental stress — as well as those who want to support recovery and movement more effectively.
The aim of each session is to help the body settle, move more freely, and function with less effort.
The Recovery Room is a private space designed to support physical recovery and nervous system regulation.
The room includes an infrared sauna, ice bath, and shower, allowing time for heat, cold, and quiet rest in a calm, unhurried environment. These modalities are used to support circulation, muscle recovery, inflammation management, and overall nervous system balance.
The Recovery Room can be used on its own or alongside a massage treatment to extend the benefits of hands-on work. Time in the space is self-paced, with the focus on allowing the body to settle rather than pushing through discomfort.
This service is suited to people managing physical load, chronic tension, ongoing stress, or those wanting a structured way to support recovery in a private setting.
Naturopathic consultations focus on understanding how the body is functioning as a whole, rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.
Sessions involve a detailed discussion of your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, stress, digestion, sleep and energy, allowing us to identify patterns contributing to your symptoms.
This is a collaborative process. I work alongside you, combining clinical knowledge with your lived experience to build a clear picture of your health. Together, we develop a treatment plan that is realistic, achievable and aligned with your capacity.
I work with people who feel constantly run down, wired but exhausted, or like their body isn’t functioning as it should. This often includes stress and nervous system dysregulation, digestive issues, and chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and endometriosis.
I support women experiencing fatigue, hormonal imbalances and the demands of everyday life, as well as men wanting to improve energy, resilience and overall health. These concerns often overlap, which is why an individualised approach is key.
As a busy mum, I understand that plans need to fit into real life. Honesty on both sides matters — if something isn’t realistic, we adjust. The goal is to create a plan you can consistently follow, not one that becomes overwhelming.
Support may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle strategies and evidence-informed herbal or nutritional supplementation where appropriate, with plans adjusted over time based on your progress.
